Celeste is the best agent u could want!!!
I want to share what a positive experience I recently had with Blue Sky Realty. I was referred to Blue Sky Realty from a friend and I am so happy I contracted Celeste Fournier and her company. First I had no idea what to expect out of selling my rental property on a short sale. Celeste was very knowledgeable and she set a clear expectation and explained every step I needed to take to do a short sale. She even recommended the short sale attorney that she works with which were also outstanding.
As Celeste explained to me from the beginning, it could be a long drawn out process and at times very stressful and frustrating working with the Mortgage company and potential buyers. It wasn’t a week that went by after I listed my house with Blue Sky Realty when Celeste presented me with an offer on my house. Unfortunately there were some difficulties with some upgrades that needed to be completed in order for the buyer’s mortgage company to complete the deal, but Celeste never gave up and she found another buyer right away. What was really amazing is that she knew enough to let the new owners know that they would need a construction loan in order for the sale of the house to be completed successfully.
It took a little over 12 months to finally close on my property. I was able to reduce the negative impact on my credit substantially by going forward with a short sale as opposed to having the mortgage company foreclose. For this I am very thankful to Celeste and Blue Sky Realty for all the hard work, encouragement and professionalism she gave me in making this a positive experience. I would recommend her and her Realty company to anybody who is looking to purchase or sell their property!

Celeste is amazing! She stayed with me and my fiance through every single process of our first home buying experience. We met her when zooming through a real estate app. I called her to just to go get information on a certain property and she was honest and gave us so much information as first time home buyers no other realtor cared to share with us. We didn't think twice after that she was willing to walk us through everything process by process and it was amazing! If it wasn't her I don't think we would have ever had the chance to end up in our dream home! Long story short she goes above and beyond and knows her stuff so you are definitely in good hands!
