I have always been treated well. All service options are explained, any problems are brought to my attention before the work is done. Comfortable waiting area.
Good dealership, got my questions answered fast and easy to park and get into and out from.
Called the 1800 number on the website to reach the dealership. Receptionist answered. I asked to speak to someone in the service department. Was transferred right away, without an issue. George in the service department spoke with me, helped allay my fears and frustrations, gave me an idea of what it could be, and made me an appointment for tomorrow morning at 10am.
Totally normal, no bullshit, awesome. Why can't everyone be like that?
