(November 16, 2022, 8:26 am)These guys are positively wonderful. Not only a grocery with a wide variety of local and natural items, but they've created an environment that's steeped in community. Always feel welcome here!
They have a small produce section, local, pastured eggs, bulk bins with a range of options from quinoa and rice to nuts and seeds, and a generous freezer section. It's the only place I know in the region to get Sana Tortilla wraps (gluten and grain free).
As someone with celiac, I'm extremely grateful for the many naturally gluten free alternatives on their shelves.
Excellent supplement/ sustainable paper goods /body care options, too.
The Good Seed fits its name: Planting good seeds in Seekonk! -

(May 27, 2017, 12:39 pm)I'm pretty pumped about finding this spot! This nutritional and wellness shop has organic powders and drinks, snacks and pharmaceuticals, and a very knowledgeable staff. The gentleman I spoke with said the business is almost 30 years old, and I can understand why. I'll be back for more healthy choices for sure.

I also like that people who work there are knowledgable about the products and about "whole living." They have contacts and resources that are useful to customers. For example, I wanted to have ear coning done and they were able to give me referrals. The Good Seed is an excellent resource for whole living in our community.
