Their prices are competitive and the shipping super fast, and they have a lot of things that are hard to find anywhere else (e.g. replacement parts for filters). They also have an excellent line of house-made fish food that I highly recommend and that I know is used by a lot of professional aquarists.

I was scared at first after reading horrible reviews about people not receiving it and stuff like that but I received everything in only 3 days. I did pay extra for shipping but I do think it is worth it. Everything is great quality and came fast for a good price!
