(November 12, 2019, 11:22 am)I have been going to Paul's for exhaust work since I got my license 13 years ago & I always recommend him to everyone that needs exhaust work done. I feel like prices went up a bit but I've never felt like I overpaid. I've only had an issue 1 time out of many visits and he fixed it immediately at no cost.

Every system he has done for me was quality work and the system he just did for me was incredible. Highly recommend!

Paul is a gentleman and he takes the time to explain exactly what your car needs and why. Straightforward, honest, and thorough, and best of all, he has a great team working there. I will not take my car anywhere else, period!

(July 28, 2019, 3:26 pm)Very clean, professional place. Friendly folks. Picky about leaving my car anywhere, drove almost an hour to bring the car here based on appearance and reviews. The custom exhaust work was top notch, with mandrel bends and clean welds! I absolutely love how it came out, and it sounds amazing! I was originally told same day, which changed to 2, and ended up being 3.. but for me that wasn't really an issue. The first of two small complaints I had was that they re-used sleeve clamps that are meant for one-time use, causing a significant enough leak to be clearly heard while driving. (You can see these clamps at the top of the picture.) This resulted in me having to remove the entire section of exhaust they had just installed, to replace the clamps properly, at extra expense, and reinstall. Really shouldn't have to do any of that. The only other thing was the re-use of a very poor condition tailpipe hanger, that I assumed they would replace on sight.
Overall, quite pleased with the custom pipes, and will bring vehicles there if I need custom exhaust work in the future, just keeping in mind to be specific about all of the details.
If I didn't have to put in 2 hours work removing/replacing the exhaust system, in order to replace the clamps they re-used, I would have easily rated 5 stars. The extra cost of the clamps never would've been an issue, and I'm slightly disappointed that they would overlook something obvious like that, after such great work otherwise.
