“I thought I had broken part of a lower denture in trying to take a big bite of a very thick sandwich at about 4:30 PM on Saturday afternoon. My daughter, whom I was visiting, suggested that I call her dentist, Dr. Smith, to try scheduling an appointment for Monday morning. But on Sunday morning, I realized that I had actually broken two weakened real lower front teeth that were being supported by the denture. To my very pleasant surprise, upon hearing that news, Dr. Smith offered to see me that very morning. She examined me, took necessary x-rays, diagnosed all my issues, completed initial treatment, arranged for necessary work by a dental lab on short notice, and scheduled a follow-up appointment with her for the next afternoon. She even offered to expedite my treatment by delivering the denture to the dental lab on my behalf. Dr. Smith called early Monday morning to say that the lab had finished its work earlier than expected and that I could come to her office earlier on Monday for fitting adjustments. She completed those thoroughly and expertly, which allowed me a denture modification completely indistinguishable from my former real teeth. Dr. Smith provided me personal, caring, expert dentistry without advance notice and with consideration beyond my every expectation. She is personable, polite, caring, and committed to providing outstanding dental advice and service. Quite frankly, she is the most caring and competent dentist I have ever had or have ever even heard of. I am pleased and impressed beyond description. She is a spectacular dentist in every way.”
