And this last year was a very trying year to say the least, I got into a pretty hefty car accident back in April and this entire office has made such a stressful situation into at least an amazing experience. Dr. Sarah is a 10/10 chiropractor. The receptionists are so friendly. Rebecca who works in the office is so pleasant every time whether it’s in person or over the phone. “So I been coming here for over 3 years. It is hand down one of the best place to learn Grappling and Striking . They offer day and night classes to fit everyone's schedule. The atmosphere of the gym is so welcoming to everyone. The staff are friendly and helpful. Most of their staff are knowledgeable in other martial arts too. I started off with kickboxing then decided to take grappling classes with Joe. It has been the best decision that I made. You are learning from a professional fighter that teaches and treats everyone the same. I have been to other gyms before this one and they just felt like they just want my money. Lauzon MMA has never felt like this . It is like a family when you join this gym. Everyone is very supportive and willing to take the time to help you improve. This gym is worth every penny that they charge. They quality of the lesson is second to none. They also offer kids classes with kickboxing and grappling. Definitely, come in to try a class out.
