“I went to Michaels to pick up a few things for a project I am working on to sell on my store. I found the items and a couple of them were locked and need to be unlocked to be able to remove from the rack. I pushed the ask for assistance button which they have there in the aisles. Nobody came and I am not sure the button even worked to be honest. I had to track an associate down but she seemed happy to assist. I went to the checkout line and the woman behind me offered me a discount coupon. The coupon ended saving me a few dollars and I was thankful for that.”

That said, it’s well organized, clean, staff are pleasant at checkout and I’ll happily tolerate the small dressing rooms for the bargains I’m getting.
