“Store looks absolutely incredible since the remodel. Before it was a complete disaster with many areas of the store completely unshoppable because of how disorganized it was. The staff is more involved now in asking me if I need help when I walk in and helping me find the things I was looking for, before it felt like I was bothering the people working there. I've been a long time customer and I was going to the Warwick location for a while because of how I felt about this place, but now that they've made all the changes I highly recommend anyone to go into this store and not to trust the negative reviews. Yeah sure when you're selling stuff to them they're not going to give you eBay prices. It's a business. Just sell the stuff on your own.”

“Found some amazing crystal towers and a selenite plate at a great low price. Also the two women who were working that day we're very friendly & politely listened to my 6-year-old daughter's story about what she did that day. Then after we left we realized my daughter left her Build-A-Bear behind. We ran back to the store about 10-15 mins later and they had put it aside for us by the register. Will definitely return again.”
