“AutoZone goes the extra mile when dealing with customers. I went in for a windshield sprayer nozzle. Not a biggie for them, but it is to me and they treated it as they would have breaks, alternators or any other auto part. They looked the part up and helped me out. This sets them apart from others I have tried. They are patient, especially with folks like me who aren't especially knowledgable with autos these days, but are willing to try fixing easier problems. They will check your auto to see what's wrong for free by hooking it up with a code tester. They help in other ways too. When I need to, I always try them first and I've not had a bad experience.”
