“Moved my dad there about a month ago. significant change in his appearance and demeanor. He was at a very small place for 8 years, He has dementia and was placed in a geri chair in front of the TV all day. He is now in a proper wheelchair looking clean and tidy. His clothes are clean and not bleached. The staff is always cordial and helpful. The director of the facility and the director of nurses are always available and around the facility for any help or questions. He now has a doctor that available more than one day a week. The activities department has him busy and engaged everyday. The facility is bright and open. There are multiple places for family of all ages to visit. The outdoor patio is a plus. I am very happy with the care my Dad is receiving at Wingate of Norton.”
