Jonathan was helpful from our initial telephone call reviewing the problem, offering some possible solutions and price estimates, to scheduling and then the on time service call arrival. While repairing the gas problem, he took the time to do some interior appliance cleanup and cold draft sealing around the exterior wall at no extra charge. The swimming program is awesome - she is a better swimmer than anyone I know - truly a fish.The number of activities that are offered is amazing and covers so many different things that she never gets the least bit bored. I can only say it was a blessing when Scott from Boss Services called us back and came over and gave us an estimate on what would be considered a smaller but difficult roof replacement that entailed not only the shingles but replacement of underlayment, flashing and other carpentry issues. My husband, having been in the business, knew his stuff and found Scott to be extremely competent, offering suggestions and solutions during the discussion, listening to our needs AND he walked the area and drew the roof lines and took down EVERY comment my husband made about our needs so he had a full pad of notes, angles, etc. It turned out to be the BEST decision we have ever made. Scott and his extraordinary crew showed up here a day earlier than originally promised (how unusual is that!) and completed the job in one day - no shortcuts, meticulous work and the whole team was terrific. Not only was the work perfect but they left our yard spotless! Scott is not only a masterful technician of his craft but a reliable and extremely professional individual, with a wonderful sense of humor and he radiates honesty and kindness. We are so pleased with all the work he and his crew did that they are now part of our family and our go-to service! All of that AND he was the lowest bid we received.
