    I entered the waiting room and didn't even sit down before my name was called. Amazing! Sam, my nurse, was super friendly and knowledgeable. She did not rush and made me feel comfortable right way. Kelly, my NP, also made me feel very comfortable. She was very knowledgeable and took time explaining things. Overall, I was very pleased and impressed with my visit to Pentucket Medical in Andover.

    Staff is efficient, friendly. There was minimal wait time. This is the first time I had seen NP Kelly and I was very impressed. I left feeling my concerns were addressed, recommended testing and appointment were made. All in all, a very good experience.
