  I can’t say enough about this practice. I have accompanied my elderly parents to see Dr Thakur, Dr Dowd, and Dr Pletka. All of them are amazing. They were kind and patient. They explained things clearly and answered all of our many questions. Their treatment plans were excellent and had successful results.

  So I was sent to Dr Choi for Carpal Tunnel Release Surgery. I’ll start with the office staff. They were kind and courteous to me and explained everything thoroughly. I was told I would be getting open surgery which I didn’t really like that option but didn’t argue with it cause surgery is not my profession. When I arrived at the hospital Dr Choi changed it to endoscopic which I was happy he did so. I was on the Table at 12:30 and home by 2:30. Very little pain. So little I didn’t need any pain meds. He is a excellent surgeon and I 100% recommend using him and his office!!! After the surgery his staff have been there answering every question on after care I had. Which I did call the office a few times lol. I understand the nervousness of surgery. But don’t put this one off. I had instant relief from what I had going on and honestly and it’s still getting better. And it was a cake walk considering surgery’s!!! Hope this review of my experience helps.

  I'm so happy with my entire experience here. Dr. Thakur is highly knowledgeable and took the time to listen to me. My check-in and check-out processes were quick and painless and every staff member was professional and courteous. I highly recommend!!
