  Recently purchased a very expensive wheelchair. Brake lever broke, design flaw as a large hole was factory drilled at break point. New part was redesigned.

  This is the first place you need to try when looking for a lift/reclining chair! I admit I was a bit skeptical at first but I am so glad I went to Letourneau’s! Dan assisted me, spent time answering all of my questions, helped me figure out the best chair for me and was able to get the chair delivered before I was discharged from the hospital. I cannot say enough great things about Dan and the entire staff there. The delivery guys were also wonderful! They set up the chair and again, instructed my husband on the remote. This place is not ‘just a pharmacy’!

  I've both purchased and rented items from Letourneau's, and there is no better pharmacy if you're considering durable medical equipment. Dan is professional, knowledgeable, helpful and responsive, qualities rarely found nowadays. And Louis and Chris are equally skilled and helpful when service is required. Five stars just might not be enough for Letourneau's!

  I rented a hospital bed and was very happy with Letourneau’s service and price. The delivery and pickup were on schedule. Louis did the installation and return. He was very professional and made sure I understood how to use it. He even wiped it all down with disinfectant. I can recommend Letourneau’s and they will be my source for medical equipment needs.

  Purchased a lift chair for my mother. The experience, from the beginning, was amazing. Dan is a complete professional, following-up with me regarding the order and throughout the process. He even called me on his day off the check-in! They are lucky to have him. Luis and his delivery team were exceptional. Working with our schedule and really taking the time to set-up the chair and show my mother how all the buttons work. They even refunded our delivery fee due to a shipment delay which wasn't even their fault! I first started going there for their famous bum paste for my little ones. Now I'm going there for everything they have to offer. Thank you guys!!
