I've been going to the girls here now for about a year after I was sick of getting a terrible cut from great clips in Gloucester (don't go there)
They have yet to make any foul ups and as long as you call ahead or hit it right there's no more than a 10 minute wait. The business hours are convenient and it helps they are open Sundays .
The staff is always very pleasant and listens to what you'd like if they had not already put it in notes

For starters, this is the only Supercuts that my boyfriend goes to; he trusts no one else besides the ladies at this specific Supercuts. I got a haircut yesterday and there was no wait and I was seen right away (around 4:30pm). I had the nicest hairdresser and she was very sociable and sweet. She gave me an amazing haircut and I have been getting compliments all day about it. I wish I could remember her name to tell everyone to go get a haircut from her, but I am positive that all the hairdressers are just as nice as the one I had, for the other customers had smiles on their faces as well. I’ll definitely return when I need another haircut!
No complaints for a fast haircut. Can get busy sometimes... So know when to go
I love Supercuts in Beverly they are great I take my daughter and I to get our haircuts and at least twice a month get our hair done to have mommy daughter day great prices even better employees...
