  I highly recommend Zack at Michaud Mitsubishi. I just bought my second car from him and he was extremely receptive to what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. He picked out the perfect car for me based on my job needs, driving needs and personal style. I loved my first car from him but I love this one even more! They are so friendly here and aren’t pushy at all with making a sale. You feel comfortable and confident when you make your decision to buy from them!

  I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Michaud Mitsubishi. From the second i walked in the door, the vibes were good. I got to interact with several employees and never once felt pressured. They were informative, efficient and a pleasure to work with. They did quite a bit of leg work and got me into the exact vehicle i wanted. They are so much more than just a one brand dealer. If it’s a new or new to you vehicle you’re in search of, definitely stop in. If you are lucky enough, you’ll have the opportunity to work with my salesman Zack Michaud, the sales manager Paul Dube, the general manager Rick Roberts and of course, the big man himself, Kevin Michaud. I assure you, you won’t be disappointed. A huge thank you to the Michaud crew!!! I came in a customer and left feeling like a member of the family.

  This establishment is one of the best dealerships I have dealt with. Each person there plays a key role in getting you the perfect fit for your needs, wants, and your wallet. They truly cared that I was happy with the look, comfort, and color of the vehicle I was purchasing. I couldn’t be happier with my walk off the lot same day 2018 Mitsubishi Eclipse Crossover. Roadside assistance and extended warranty’s offered with my purchase really helped me feel secure in my new vehicle investment. Family ran and it shows!

  Overall good experience. Was looking for a specific car and traveled over an hour to purchase. Zack was helpful through the whole process and was very responsive through texts to help me get it done knowing that it was a far drive. Would recommend again.

  Two thumbs up in every aspect of a customer service!! They worked all their resources to meet my needs and delivered every word they promised. Zach Michaud and his team provided me with an exceptional service from start to finish! They even accommodated with a nice surprise in the end!! I never go online to write reviews, but I couldn't let this one go unnoticed and this review is just one way to demonstrate my gratitude.
