I called about a 50 year old machine that was stuck. Although the owner said he no longer worked on that model, he agreed to take a look at it. He fixed it in a matter of minutes, and no charge. So happy.

Welcomed and serviced with a smile. My repair was done in approximately 30 minutes. The sewing machine was repaired, cleaned and tuned up. Not only was his pricing lower than the manufacturer's local service department who also gave me a 2-3 week time period to learn if it could be fixed. The owner showed me how my sewing machine was now operating as it had when I bought it. He offered tips that would extend the life of machine. He said that this servicing would last for years.
