(August 5, 2015, 10:41 am)I've been with DJGIA for almost 10 years now. Andrew & the rest of the staff are knowledgeable, courteous, and quick to address any need. They always search for the best policy rates among various carriers. The ease of dealing with them, especially for combining auto & renters policies or with claims, was amazing. I've lost count of the number of times I've called them with questions or issues that any other agent wouldn't bother with. I needed to do a MA-insurance-covered glass claim while in CO; called Andrew after it went sideways with the glass & the insurance companies, and he handled it instantly. Absolute incredible service & the trustworthiness of a local, family business.

Utilizing them for all my insurance needs, has given me exposure to many different types of policies. All are fantastic, but DJGIA especially went above and beyond for my Condo and Master Condo Policies. They reviewed every item and educated me in areas of over and under coverage. The net result was not only full confidence in coverage for my personal unit and the master association, but also reflected a considerable savings in premium costs on both policies. In addition to maintaining my policies they also provided exceptional aid in an unfortunate water incident in my condo. The claims process was easy, fast, and I really felt like I was working with a close friend in the difficult time - truly a unique experience. I would strongly recommend them to anyone considering their services.

We have utilized renters, car, home owners, and property insurance with their firm throughout the years and have been very impressed with the overall quality that they provide. They always fight to get the best rate available and we have quoted other agencies to make sure. Filing a claim with them has always been a smooth and easy process, even complex cases. Andrew, my agent, is always a phone call or email away to answer any question I may have without having to sit and wait for returned calls from other firms I have worked with in the past. In the rare occasion Andrew is not in the office, his staff and coworkers have been able to get me the answers I needed immediately without a break in level of service. Very satisfied with our partnership and look forward to continuing to work exclusively with DJG Insurance Agency.

(July 7, 2015, 10:51 am)I've worked with Daniel J. Guarino Insurance Agency since 2006, and continue to be very pleased with the excellent service they've provided throughout the years. I've held auto and renter's insurance policies with them, and getting fast quotes when transferring or adding a new policy has always been an easy and smooth process. Unfortunately, I went through a string of my car getting hit while parked on multiple occasions, and being able to call them right up to put me at ease during a stressful time is what keeps me working with them to this day and into the future. When discovering that my car was hit again, it was really nice to be able to get a real voice on the other end of the line right away, rather than having to go through a series of call options and menu paths like you get with other companies. Overall, Daniel J. Guarino Insurance Agency always provides personal customer service and puts you at ease when you need it most, which is why I'll continue to work with them for many years to come.
