The location cannot be beat, the building is marvelously unpretentious, sitting on the porch enjoying the view and family is one of the greatest experiences ever! Elz is a terrific manager. Highly recommend!

(July 22, 2016, 7:12 pm)This hotel is wonderful. We felt as though we were back in the 1890"s and staying at a very grand hotel.
Paul Sargent, a wonderful Annisquam resident bought the hotel in the 1960"s . He restored it to the original condition of an Inn in the 1890's.
Very reasonably priced with fantastic porches and glassed-in sitting areas.
The beach is small and filled with gigantic granite rocks.
The employees felt like friends.
This was the best part of our vacation.
We should have stayed longer
