These guys are great - I was shopping - casually for a couple of months - specifically looking for a used Cadillac XTS - settled on a car at Sudbay - 2013 Caddy XTS - Premium AWD with 23k on it - 1 owner - super car- Having been through a few car purchases in my time they aren't always pleasant and can take a LONG time - well - this was a great transaction - Initial contact was via the web through CarGuru's - Jacob Reedy (aka Conan O'Brien) was great - very pleasant and personable guy - we too the test drive - came back - made the deal with Kevin Barkhouse, Sales Manager - also handled financing and finalized in under an hour - It was a Friday and I was in no rush to get the car that day - we made arrangements for Monday - seamless again - picked up the car and finalized all paperwork in short order - my plates and reg were ready - car was prepped and looked great -and off I went - GREAT car buying experience - super staff - highly recommend considering the guys at Sudbay for your next purchase!!

Brought my Chevy equinox in to have the right quarter panel fixed and with in a few days the car was fixed looking brand new again, they also washed and clean the car inside and out.
