Easy Ship & Pack

I had such a wonderful experience today at Easy Ship & Pack! Not only did they accept my returns with ease and grace (especially given I had been turned away at 2 Walgreen's), they also offered to help tape to help tape my returns and hand delivered them to the FedEx truck who was loading up!

I also want to CONGRATULATE and give a BIG shout out to Amy Tucker, who is now the Owner/Manager. She helped me when my business was located in the Shaw's Plaza over 17 years ago with the same kind and helpful manner. I saw her work hard, persevere through challenging working conditions and although the previous owner had passed, Amy stepped up to buy the business and help carry on his legacy and build her own future, WOW! Go Amy and the Easy Ship & Pack Team - you ROCK!

I am a special needs teacher who usually works with students in their homes but since the pandemic have been operating via zoom. This meant that all of the workbooks that I use with my students needed to be copied. It was a labor-intensive job and they assured me they could do the work. I don't think either one of us anticipated how much 500 such copies would cost - but we were able to come to an agreement on the price which to both of us, I think, seemed fair at the end. Their customer service was excellent and the 500 copies were done well and quickly. These are kind and hardworking people, and I've been going there for years with various tasks from shipping to packing to copying and have never had cause for complaint. Kind and hardworking staff. Highly recommend.
