Amazing fast-casual place serving Middle Eastern food. Mostly for takeout, although they have one cozy table and a few window seats inside, and one outside table. The place is very clean and the staff is friendly. They make their namesake "markouk" flatbread fresh which is used for their wraps and other dishes. We had both their beef kebob and falafel wraps, both of which were delicious. Incredible vegetarian and vegan options as well as lots of delicious ready to go options like grape leaves, hummus, tabouli, etc. Yum!!
My first reaction was this is not my kind of food. Guess what I was way wrong. This food is excellent so fresh and delicious. I finished my wife and mu daughters vegetarian egg wraps(awesome) and kibbeh. Which is meat wrapped in fried dough.They make the dough in front of you. So good great accidental find
Just had the Best Chicken Kabob roll up on the planet !!!!! Love everything I've ever had here.... so healthy, so delicious, so glad to have this culinary gem in our town!
Every bit five stars, awesome wraps. Chicken and falafel cooked to order and on point. Hummus is great, not that thin paste you get at the grocery store.
Just ordered the chicken kabob wrap and oh my God, so spectacular! Fresh, flavorful veggies, juicy chicken, hummus and flavoring just dancing around together in a fresh homemade pita roll...literally the best place to get a wrap in Gloucester. Their hummus is incredible, they are a small hardworking family- definitely stop in and treat yourself or pick some of their sides up for a party. Baklava is also really good.
