Fully recommend Patty as a realtor ! She sold my home in Gloucester about 5 years ago for much higher over asking price. Patty assisted my mother-in-law with the sale of her home of nearly 60 years. During the process, said MIL fell and broke her hip and wound up in a facility more than 30" out of town (over the bridge!) for rehab.
