I think this is a great office. I love my doctor and the front desk staff is pretty friendly. I don't know...perhaps there is someone who works or worked there that other reviewers didn't like but they all seem nice to me, (and I've ran into many unhelpful and rude front desk staff at other offices).
When my PCP decided not to take my insurance any more, he recommended Lahey Hamilton as the group he used. I have been with them ever since. They have consistently provided excellent, professional and sympathetic care. They are helpful, easy to work with, and very responsive. I fully intend to retain them as my primary providers and overall health infrastructure indefinitely.
My family and I have been patients with this practice for 26 years, back to the time when the practice was not part of the Lahey organization. I have always found the quality of health care to be first class. The reservations I had when they joined Lahey were dispelled very quickly - the excellent care and services I received from the local doctors and nurse practitioners was unaffected by the move to Lahey, while administrative procedures improved thanks to Lahey's adoption of computerized patient records and general use of high technology wherever possible. Additionally the quality of the many Lahey specialists and hospitals to whom I have been referred over the years has been superb. I highly recommend both this practice and the Lahey organization to any potential patient.
