Lenny has brought my company into homes he has inspected a few times. ---I'm a big fan of Mike's after my team had sold 4 condos in one particular building in Boston over a short time period. We represented the sellers for those sales, and the buyers who came in had the chance to perform their own due diligence on the property. When a 5th condo became for sale with another real estate agency, we were quickly able to bring a buyer. Mike performed the home inspection, and lo and behold he discovered that there was a sinkhole under the structure that ended up being a $70,000 repair. Our recommendation to our client based on this new information was not even to buy into the building we had been selling all year long.
