  Outstanding!! I can only comment on my personal experience with a hernia fix at the day surgery center of the hospital and radiology, where I was helped. I have to admit, I was a bit nervous seeing some of the horrible reviews on here. I have lived just over the boarder in NH for 20 yrs and never heard of this hospital. Then people starting mentioning horror shows at the old "Hale Hospital" which I didn't know about either. I decided since I had the utmost confidence in both my surgeon and my PCP, I would go on their word all would be well. I also had the opportunity to go to the hospital prior to get my CT scan done and took that opportunity to look around a bit.
  
  First off, I saw no signage about verbally abusing people, but if I had, I probably would applaud them for doing so as many people are just downright rude! Maybe those signs are in the ER, which would make more sense since you get all sorts of situations coming in there. The hospital from outside, visually looked fine. Maybe a bit dated, but not a house of horrors as some would let you believe on some of these comments. Inside seemed to me to be very up to date, clean, no smells, good signs on where to go for what and decor were all very nice and warm. From the receptionist to the technicians, everyone was extremely nice and I had absolutely no issues with anyone's attitude or disposition, everyone seemed very willing to help me. There is some need to tighten up the scheduling and call backs for the CT scan group as there seemed to be a lot of confusion on who, what, where and when around all that, but it all worked out and I was seen and taken in on time.
  
  The day of surgery was just fine. Very relaxed. I showed up on time, was seen and taken into prep on time, gas-passer and other medical types were all there and timely in getting things done and my surgeon was there to answer any and all my questions. I am an engineer so took notice that all the equipment appeared to be new and "state of the art". I was taken in on time, if not a few minutes early and was discharged later that evening as promised.
  
  Overall I am happy to give 5 stars to this Holy Family Hospital and would indeed recommend to someone who was going in for the same type surgery, which is all I can speak to here on this review.
  
  Thanks to all the staff, surgical team and specially my Surgeon, Dr. Matthews, for taking such good care of me.

  Dr Chen in the emergency room was so amazing to my 12 year old son. I have never experienced a Dr as busy as she was to be so detailed and thorough. My family can not thank her enough.

  The staff at this hospital was great. I was brought into the ER and was in good hands.
  Doctor and Nurses were top shelf.

  My sister was admitted to the ER here last night for a possible allergic reaction. The nurses and doctor were very professional and comforting. Despite other peoples' reviews I thought this was a great hospital and am glad we went here instead of urgent care.
