(February 7, 2019, 10:05 pm)I just took my dog here today for the first time. (My friend has been going here for years). I have a rescue dog who can be difficult at times. I thought I was happy with my regular vet of 6+ years until today when my dog had a small emergency. I was not happy with the way I was treated over the phone when I called. (Maybe new staff). Ipswich Animal Care was so caring and took my dog in as a new client. I am so happy I made the choice to change. Dr. Cook was amazing with my dog and the staff was so nice and took care of everything. My dog will be fine. ????

(June 27, 2018, 6:49 pm)Dr. Carlson helped our nine year old dog, Bear, when we were visiting from out of state. Dr. Carlson was incredibly sweet and caring, and more importantly, he took the time to address his concerns over whether to put our dog on medication and observe his response or to do a full work up of testing. He gave us an action plan for our traveling and gave medication (to which Bear responded very well!). We were so comforted knowing that he was in good hands with Dr. Carlson.
We are very thankful for the doctor fitting us out-of-towners in to their tight morning schedule, considering we'd never been patients of theirs in the past. If we still lived in state, Animal Care would be our go-to vet.
