    I've only dealt with the Service Department of Commonwealth Nissan but the hospitality and service was amazing. Currently, there is nothing I can suggest that would make your their service any better.

    The entire process was fantastic from beginning to end. Our sales associate Irwin Mata was very good to work with and did a great job. Also appreciate the level of customer service from Bob Barry, Marshall, and Dan the Business Manager. Thank you Commonwealth. We always shop u first and never last...because we know what to expect from everyone there.

    I liked the newer amenities in the waiting lounge. However I was not pleased with the discontinuation of the buy 5 oil changes, get the 6th one free policy. When I bought my car at Commonwealth there was a price guarantee for Oil Changes. Now there isn't (at least its a floating price). So maybe it is time to shop around for Oil changes now.

    INCREDIBLE SERVICE from RAFAEL and STEVE!!! My window failed to roll up at 3 p.m. (with a rainstorm on the way) and RAFAEL told me to come right in. STEVE was great and showed me and my 3 and 4 year old to the waiting area. STEVE provided snacks, waters, and coloring books for the kids and my car was repaired in about an hour. THANKS AGAIN GUYS!!

    Our sales man was Jimmy, he was newer but you would never know it. Any questions we had if he was unsure of the answer he made sure to let us know it was a great question and he was able to get the answers needed from his manager. Also worked with the finance manager Daniel and Chris, both were helpful for getting things done in a timely manner! Would recommend Commonwealth Nissan!
