My family and I always go to the Village Pharmacy because of their great wares and even better staff. Keep it up guys!
Businesses like Village reassure us that the era of customer service is not dead! Debbie in particular went out of her way to fill a special order for me, followed up on multiple occasions to make sure I was able to get what I needed and accomodated my schedule for pick up. My doctor suggested a different pharmacy but I am glad that I chose Village.
The pharmacy and employees are fantastic. The rest of the store is really dated, but they have a good selection of greeting cards.
I began using village pharmacy three years ago when we moved to town. I had always used large corporate pharmacies in the past. Now, I could never go back to a CVS or Walgreens. The individualize service that village pharmacy provides is remarkable. When I walk in they know my name, they even know the names of my children. They're so friendly and are always happy and so pleasant when answering any questions or helping with any problems I have.
