(January 2, 2015, 12:24 pm)Great rates, responsive agents, wonderful customer service. This is a review of Johnson & Rohan Insurance (which is the agent behind the website Mass Auto Quote).
I needed to register a used car rather quickly on New Year's Eve and needed a auto policy in order to do that. I contacted Mass Auto Quote explaining the situation and they were more than happy to help. I was emailed multiple quotes immediately via email and received a phone call to go over the differences between policies and also the registration process. The agent (Kevin) was not pushy and didn't have an agenda; I genuinely felt that he wanted to get me the best quote. After making a decision on a policy I received my stamped RMV-1 form within minutes and was able to get the car registered that same day.
I would recommend Mass Auto Quote/ Johnson & Rohan Insurance for their great products and customer service. I am currently working on a renter's policy with them.
