(July 10, 2021, 7:47 pm)Went into the store at Tulsa hills and we were having problems installing our new SIM CARDS that we received in the mail. Sheina and Krista were super friendly and said, no problem, we will take care of you. They both are extremely knowledgeable and explained to us why they were not working. Immediately they had all three of our phones installed with new SIM CARDS. My wife had an older phone and it would not work with the new SIM CARDS, so we bought a new Samsung S21. Krista loaded all info and transferred all her pics, documents, etc...Krista went the extra mile for us and made us feel like were family. I highly recommend going to this store because Sheina and Krista will make you feel like family and are so friendly. Their knowledge is amazing on every phone!!!! Thank you so much Sheina and Krista!!!
