  I just became a patient of this practice and had my first visit with Dr. Oettenger, she was amazing! She really took the time to listen to what I had to say and was very helpful. The nurse who brought me in was great as well! They also do lab work on site which was very convenient. One of the receptionists helping me was quite rude, however, so I would say the "customer service" aspect was definately lacking. Had it not been for that experience, I would have given it 5 stars, I really enjoyed the medical staff!

  Dr Barrett has been my primary doctor for many years, but since he has retired, I have a new doctor, Dr Green. I have only seen her once but she seems good. Also once I was horribly sick on the weekend and she was on call and was so sweet and considerate, and prescribed exactly the medicine I needed.
  
  What is especially good about this practice is that if you need to be seen and your doctor is not immediately available, there is most often a nurse practitioner to see you, the same day or within a few days. Also they don't keep you waiting forever.
