(November 15, 2020, 9:57 am)Harbor Fitness's main instructor got creative in keeping her community healthy during the pandemic. Her studio both streams, and offers recordings of a variety of classes so the music plays right into the participants' speakers, giving the feel of working out together. People can access the classes from anywhere in the world. She offers a variety of price points and options. One class, one week, or one month, would all make great gifts as we head into the holiday season.
