Dr. Sawyer is awesome! He is highly regarded in his profession and very personable and puts his patients at ease for a tough procedure. I am giving five stars to him, his staff on the other hand, or namely the person who answers the phone who claims to be the Office Manager is the rudest person on the planet. I was so upset that I cancelled my procedure. My doctor said she too has had a challenge with her. I wrote a letter to the office to the doctor, but I am doubtful he ever got to see it.
I read some Google reviews that rated Dr Sawyer low and asked a nurse I knew in Holy Family Hospital what his reputation was and she said everyone she asked said he was a good doctor. Dr Sawyer performed a colonoscopy on me in February 2019. I was somewhat apprehensive as I had never had one done before and had never been under anesthesia. The Dr was very personable, the staff friendly and professional. The whole process was as good as it could be. I recommend Dr Sawyer and his staff for all your colonoscopy needs!
I have had Dr. Saywer two times now for colonoscopies and found him and the nursing staff at Holy Family to be very good and the process was very efficient and professional. I do recommend him.
