I've had excellent experiences each time I've visited the office. Dr. Liu is extremely pleasant and professional. He has a way about him that makes you very relaxed. I'm very confident in his treatment plan, and he makes sure you always know what's going on and spends as much time as necessary to make sure your comfortable and informed. The other team members in the office are a pleasure to deal with. Everyone is friendly and helpful. And the office manager Jolene does everything she can to make sure the experience is pleasant including working through all the insurance paperwork. Excellent team.
Never had a better dentist. I had a bad experience at another office two years ago and had put off a root canal for far too long. Not only was the dentist extremely patient, careful, and informative, but the price was far below where I had work done before. The staff was pleasant, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this office.
I want to thank Dr Liu and his entire staff for making my experience during my visit so comfortable! From the front staff, to the girls working with Dr Liu I was very happy with my visit. I hope to never need a root canal again but if I do, I know exactly where to call!! Thanks again everyone!!
