She rang in my sale but sent me to customer service so I could actually pay there to resolve my concern with my red card and still get my discount. Customer service resolved my question that I just could not figure out, and even though I did not have the proper information with me, they gave me the discount in a gift card and finalized my sale so that I did not lose any of the benefits. I could not asked for a better experience!
