  Called Correct Temp based on the recommendation of a trusted friend/contractor. They were friendly and easy to deal with the whole way through. Bob, Matt, and Chris were all very helpful during the process. They were able to work around my business build out too. I would highly recommend Correct Temp to anyone looking for a quality HVAC company.

  We had an issue with our upstairs AC unit. It was extremely difficult to explain what was wrong since it would work for a bit of time and then stop cooling. We called Correct Temp and they arranged for a technician (Dave) to come over. We were a bit worried since we had never dealt with them before and we didn’t know what to expect. We always appreciate having technicians explaining the problems and walking us through solutions and that has not been always the case. Dave exceeded our expectations. He is a young man with great amount of knowledge. He is polite and respectful. He clearly loves what he does and we could see that right away. He asked all the right questions and offered clear explanations of what was the cause of the problem and how to fix it. He is a credit to his profession. In our opinion Correct Temp’s reputation shines because of technicians like Dave. It is great to have an AC unit that works when is extremely hot outside.

  From my call to schedule service to the exemplary technician who made the house call, a first class experience. I’ve worked with this company for three years, however, this was by far the best experience yet. Seth, the technician, went above and beyond in his thorough inspection, work and customer service skills. Thank you CorrectTemp.

  We have been using Correct Temp for over 15 years and can’t say enough about how wonderful our experiences have been! Not only are the technicians professional and very knowledgeable but the customer service is fantastic! We have never had to wait when there is an issue we need addressed and they are quick and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them!
