  I'm a new homeowner and needed servicing for the upcoming winter months. Matthew not only delivered stellar work, but was able to diagnose and remedy issues he found in my heating system and wen above and beyond by educating a new homeowner like myself into what those problems were, why they were and issue, and the proper remedies were to get my entire heating system back to it's top efficiency. I will definitely be calling Matt and Nextgen Aire again in the future!

  NextGen Aire is a poster for a properly run small business. Matt is easily reachable ( we communicate through Facebook messenger ) and always responds in a timely fashion! You get confirmation email messages alerting you when you schedule the appointment and a text when he is on his way (which is great as I didn’t need to be home waiting) !
  
  I’ve used him twice after seeing he had GREAT reviews online and happy I did ! He fixed my AC this summer and most recently my heat !
  
  I messaged him yesterday and he came out tonight . He was considerate of my children (getting cold at night ) and arranged to come to my house after already working a 12 hour day !
  
  He had figured it out within a few hours and repaired shortly after ! My heat now works and my wife and children are happy!
  
  He is very affordable and fairly priced !He has several payment options available , of which , my favorite , paying through secure online payment !
  
  LAST and most importantly —— He is honest , I wasn’t home for my repairs but my wife was . Both times he called me (from my home ) and filled me in as to what was going on and what needed to be done and what could wait!

  Matthew and team was superb from quote to final walk through! Gave us easy to understand options and thoroughly answered all of our questions on the quote. We were scheduled promptly and they arrived on time each day to install our new mini-split heat pump and AC. The crew was friendly, cleaned up each day, and keept us updated each day before leaving. We highly recommend NextGen Aire!

  The tech they use is amazing, you’re kept up to date how far they are, where they are, and when they are arriving. The technician arrived at our home and had our unit fixed in an hour, unlike the first company that came out who quoted us 8k+...... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TEAM....

  Matt is a very knowledgeable professional. He handles every with professionalism. I would recommend him to anyone looking for small repairs to new installs. He does it all. His prices are Phenomenal and his quality is top notch. Simply the best in the business.
