Professional Physical Therapy

I worked with Dave during my recovery from jaw surgery, and I always felt like I was in good hands. Everyone in the clinic was kind and good at their jobs. I’m overall very happy with the experience and my progress in my recovery.

David is amazing. I’ve been seeing him for around 6-7 years for various injuries and surgery. He’s kind and understanding. He will come up with a treatment plan that works and will have you feeling better in no time. I would recommend him to anyone who needs physical therapy, and I already have recommended him to friends and family.
As for the Newburyport clinic, it is clean and well maintained. Olivia, one of the technicians there is super kind and fun to talk to.
Overall, I would recommend this clinic to anyone and everyone who needs physical therapy in the area. It’s an amazing clinic with great staff.

I have been to Professional PT in Amesbury a few years ago, and worked with John. Currently I’m going to the new Newburyport location, and working with Dave. I have had consistently great experiences at both locations. The staff are kind, friendly, compassionate, and excellent at patient teaching, encouragement and support.
Professional PT is also incredibly organized. I received video clips of the exercises that I needed to do at home, as well paper handout options, making the home exercises easy to do. They are meticulously hygienic, cleaning surfaces between patients, etc. Everyone from the receptionist who greets you, to the PT assistants, to the PT’s who develop your care plan, are top notch, and much appreciated!!

I cannot speak highly enough about Professional Physical Therapy in Newburyport, MA. Dr. McGinty and the team provide such a supportive environment - you know you’re in good hands from the minute you walk in the door. I received excellent care that helped me on the road to recovery from injury and set me on a great path moving forward. A special shout-out goes to Olivia who worked with me on a lot of my treatment exercises, and made everything feel much more like fun than work.
