(March 26, 2020, 7:14 pm)Just like life, there are negative interactions and positive interactions in any setting where people must work together. For instance, this morning/early afternoon I had a relatively unpleasant experience with the pharmacy staff. And I was all ready to write a negative review until I went back later that afternoon and had a truly rare and positive experience. It just proves the point that timing and the staff on duty and many other variables can be the difference between a good and bad experience. When I returned in the afternoon to deal with the mistake made earlier that day, the service was pleasant and efficient. There is no drive-through at this location as it is located in a shopping strip mall.
