(June 20, 2018, 12:47 pm)Great vibes, awesome instructors who are encouraging, knowledgeable and frequently check in to make sure I'm not too lost! Pat's an awesome instructor if you've never even held a pair of boxing gloves in your life. Just make sure you go early so you can learn how to wrap your hands and learn the punches.

The classes are empowering, trainers are inspiring and each class made me feel more energized and fit. The classes are perfect for all ages and levels of fitness. Most importantly the club staff are always welcoming and feel like family
