  I love this place! I'm a very new, first-time mom who was looking to go somewhere where I could start getting back in shape. Somewhere without judgement, a friendly environment, and - super important - a place where I could have my baby looked after by someone else that I trusted. I've only been a member for a few weeks now, but I think I've found that place. I love that my baby is so close by and all the staff know who he is already. I know they'll come grab me if he needs me. I've been loving the classes and instructors I've experienced so far, and feel like I'm motivated to get a solid, challenging workout in - but I feel understood as to where I'm at right now as well. When all's said and done, it's a super good value too. I can't wait until the permanent space is open!!

  I can’t say enough good stuff about this place or the lovely people who work there! Both my kids do the music classes (ages 2 and 1) and they LOVE it. Ms. Lindsey is amazing, she connects with each child and brings so much energy and brightness even on the rainy or snowy days! They get to play with friends, dance, sing, learn new musical instruments and get lots of energy out! We look forward to class each week.

  A wonderful place to workout and relax while knowing your kids are being well cared for. The child enrichment classes are a lot of fun for kids and parents. Highly recommended on all counts!
