I’ve been having a tough time recently between battling breast cancer & personal home/relationship issues which left me, quite frankly, without a place to go for the duration of my treatment at Lahey hospital. My family called and spoke with Lynn, the sales manager, who was undoubtedly kind and accommodating! She went above and beyond and I cannot be more appreciative! The girls st the front desk are always so friendly & personable. Especially Alyse, who made me feel very “at home” and one a specific hard day for me emotionally, was so kind and sweet and asked if she could give me a big hug - it truly made my day! The house keepers are amazing and so efficient as well as very friendly! The complimentary breakfast they serve every morning is always DELICIOUS (from the couple times I was actually up early enough to enjoy it! Lol) not only do they have breakfast though, they do an evening “social gathering “ Monday through Thursday and the food then has been amazing as well!!! And a lot of variety which I love! They are all so friendly as well, even on the days I can be a bit cranky and tired as these treatments suck the life out of me a lot of the time. I just extended another week and wouldn’t want to or choose to go anywhere else and I’ll absolutely refer and use Homewood Suites as a place to stay if I end up leaving Mass & if I needed somewhere for my visits back up north. Top service, amazing accommodations & very very clean with very comfortable bed, what more can you ask for ????

(November 28, 2018, 1:13 pm)Great safe place to stay, rooms are huge and always clean… love the kitchenette for long stays. They offer a small dinner/snack m-th which is yummy along with free breakfast. The front desk and breakfast/dinner folks are always friendly and helpful. Location is good (easy access to RT 1 and the hwy) if your staying in the area definitely stay here, its the best hotel around compared to some of the dives in the area like the holiday inn down the road, you won't regret staying here that's for sure!!

(November 19, 2018, 6:31 pm)Easy to get to and good location. Exactly what you would expect from Homewood Suites. Very clean rooms. Good breakfast with several choices. Staff is very helpful, friendly and professional. About half an hour from the airport and 15 minutes from Salem.
