Since I’ve moved to MA, I’ve always brought my car to Sullivan. They are honest and dependable. They tell me all my options when I need a repair or service on my car and don’t just give me the most expensive or profitable option. The staff and mechanics are kind and friendly. As long as I live in Massachusetts I will come here.

They could have sold me a new tire but they fixed the old one. I wouldn't have known if it could be fixed or not so their honesty was appreciated!
My kids and I were halfway to Ikea from our home in NH when my tire pressure light came on. A quick stop at a gas station revealed that one of the tires was actively leaking, so I Googled the closest tire store and it happened to be this Sullivan. The team there quickly determined what was wrong (tear in the sidewall) and had it and the other rear tire replaced within about 45 minutes, for a lower price than their initial quote. I really appreciated how quick and courteous they were. It wasn't a stop I had planned, but they got us back on the road, to Ikea and safely home again. Thanks, guys!
