  We loved staying here the rooms are all so comfortable and the owner is friendly and made our stay wonderful. The only place we will stay when we visit Rockport and Gloucester.

  Had a wonderful stay at Beach & King. The host was very accommodating of both my specific dietary requests and my odd departure times. He was always available by phone or text to answer questions.
  
  The room was the best. Had a nice view of the ocean and two comfy chairs to read in. And the bed was so comfortable I didn't want to leave it. The location was perfect too, both for walking around Rockport and for commuting into the city - the train is just 1/4 mile away. I'd highly recommend the Inn for a single or couple, and it would be a great get-away for families or groups of friends.

  Everyone enjoyed their stay in May 2017. The house was clean and had very comfortable bedding for our large group. A married couple in our group enjoyed their accommodations in the spacious second-floor Beach Room, watching the ocean and writing at the table while enjoying the sight of children and dogs playing in the surf. Our group gathered each evening in the living room for conversation and for the same view of the beach and the ocean. We also enjoyed sitting on the front porch with the same great view and sounds of the ocean. I like to cook so the kitchen was far more than I expected. The upgraded kitchen had very nice serving pieces for meals together and easy entertaining. We had one dinner for thirteen people and sat comfortably around the large dining room table to enjoy the conversation. The owners brought in fresh flowers from the yard to welcome us during our stay and left their contact numbers for questions and concerns. Truly a lovely stay worthy of a very good rating. On a scale from 1-5 stars, I rate it a 5 star home.
