    I love every class at studio 5 and the energy that comes with them. I used to work out at a gym but it's so hard for me to get motivated. Taking classes here has helped me become healthier and inspired me to eat better as well. The instructors are always full of good vibes and energy that keeps the class going the whole way through!

    Best Studio north of Boston! Has every class imaginable. Instructors are knowledgeable and gifted in their profession! Classes are motivating & upbeat! Clients are welcoming & friendly. You will not be disappointed the day you take your first class!!

    I cannot express enough how amazing this studio is. I have been going to Studio5 for over 2 years, it is my happy place.
    The instructors are incredible. These women are not only strong, they know all the best work outs and provide amazing support. I highly recommend any class at Studio5 !!!

    Can’t say enough about this studio! I have been going here for 4 years & have never had the same workout. They are both challenging & fun!! Instructors are amazing. Clients are so positive & friendly. Love it!
