    Beautiful studio, great instructors. The Restorative class is awesome, I feel so calm yet energized afterward. Highly recommended.

    The studio offers an amazing selection of instructors. There is a class for everyone, no matter what your level is.

    I have been a member for several years and love everything about the studio! The instructors are amazing, and the overall vibe is calming and welcoming. All classes (spin, barre, TRX, yoga) are great, and my absolute favorite is Jen Craig’s Power Flow. The studio is good for your mind, body and soul! I highly recommend it!

    Have been going here for over 6 years and have always had a positive experience. Between intervals, spin, TRX, bootcamps and yoga, as well as the variety of classes and the personal instruction, this place is at the top of my list. Moreover, the sense of community is like no other.

    Can't say enough about the Yoga and TRX instructors and staff at Yoga Sakti, they are fantastic! Not just great instruction, great personalities and attitude as well. Its a mental and physical sanctuary when my wife and I are there. Love you all.
