  I've seen Shannon for one-hour massages for a couple of months. She is terrific--she's professional, caring, and gives a wonderful massage, checking in with you to make sure the pressure is what you would like, and making sure she is concentrating on those areas that you may want her to concentrate on.

  I have had the privilege of going to Andrew Michaels Salon and Spa since moving to the North Shore last year. The salon looks like a luxury resort; it is decorated tastefully with warm and calming hues, plants, and paintings. The receptionist who greets you when you walk in is so friendly and willing to help accommodate any of your appointment and beauty care needs. I go to Andrew Michaels Salon and Spa to get my eyebrows done by Esther who is just phenomenal at what she does. She is so precise, thorough, talented, gentle, engaging, and friendly. We have had many pleasant conversations while she does my eyebrows which is a welcome respite from the sometimes painful process of eyebrow waxing and plucking! She shapes my eyebrows perfectly which is essential because eyebrows really do frame the face and her work makes my face look more youthful and refined. Her room is also very quiet, relaxing, and comfortable. Thank you Andrew Michaels and Esther for your incredible service and peaceful spa. I look forward to being a long-term client here! :)

  A little gem in Salem. Jen, Kesha, everyone there is wonderful. They will work around your busy schedule to get you and thier services are world class.

  Very happy client here. I am very lucky to have Dessiree for keeping my hair looking gorgeous and also Esther for incredibly relaxing facials. The stations are not crowded which makes yhour time more personal. The room Esther uses is quiet and extremely comfortable. If you have never been you should treat yourself.
