  I stayed overnight at his hotel on 10/22/2019.
  I am going to say that this must be family owned!
  I absolutely ADORED it!
  My favorite part was the smell of my room❤️ It was so clean and fresh.
  And all the extras! Coffee was Kuerig with several flavors, and the little creamers were placed like flower petals(beautiful)
  The towels were top quality.
  The bedding was fabulous, as well as the pillows and sheets., and the mattress was sooo comfortable! ( again, the SMELL! ❤️)
  The TV had many Channels.
  with no extra cost.
  I actually did not know there was a small fridge, and when I found it, there was cold bottled water!
  This has been my favorite hotel ever!
  I will be back!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

  Super cute room! A very comfortable bed and a great location. Loved our stay here!

  The inn at Ring's Island is beautiful. It is freshly renovated with an awesome restaurant on the second floor. Short drive to Salisbury Beaches or the Town of Newburyport. Well worth a trip to stay there. We will return for sure.

  I stayed for just one night while I was in the area. The rooms were super nice and everything was really comfortable. We had an issue with our shower where the shower head would come off when the water was turned on. They worked to fix it immediately, and when they found out it would need a professional to repair it, they immediately opened up a neighboring room for us so that we could shower. They took care of us really well, and were a much nicer place to stay compared to many of the alternatives. Additionally, the room came at an amazing price!

  Bed (King) was huge and comfortable as hell. The pillows were heavenly. Maybe I just need a new bed? :) very comfortable.
  
  Everything was spotless and new. The bathroom was excellent and well lit. I found the shower to be a little bit small with a glass door but I’m spoiled by my own curved shower rod.
  
  I stayed on a Friday night and there was a live band playing the restaurant above until about 10:30. At first I was annoyed but it actually lulled me to sleep and ended around 11 so it wasn’t much of an issue at all. Just be aware there might be live music during your stay.
  
  I didn’t hear a peep from my neighbors. Unfortunately there isn’t a view beyond a parking lot for the first floor rooms. I imagine the upper floors have a slightly better view but not much because there is a two story bar on the water, blocking the view of the water from the inn.
